2014 vw golf R dsg gearbox issues - can anyone recommend any specilaist around the northwest uk area?

hi guys Jeff here

not a complete newbie i was a member of this forum previously however after selling my old vw i lost all my login details and have been unable to log back in.

i have now purchased a vw golf r 2014 reg with a dsg box, the gear change on slowing down is rough and occasionally it is slightly slow changing gears when coming to a junction etc. I have changed the dsg oil howoever this hasnt helped at all.

im in manchester and was wondering if anyone could possinly recommend somene in this region who could repair the issue for me i can also travel if need be.
