Hello all,

I've been running a 2006 B7 since new with the 233 ASB engine (non DPF). It's on 154K miles now and suffered injector failure at 140K miles with the tell tale plumes of white smoke when the engine was fully warmed and idling in traffic. I changed the original AB injectors for a set of latest revision BD injectors from a 90K mile crash damaged A8, coded them in, and the problem was solved. However, the car is now smoking again, but with different behaviour. From cold (UK morning in December), it starts smoking after idling for 2/3 minutes. It stops smoking once it has warmed up after a quick dash on the motorway. Can anyone suggest what kicks in approx. 2/3 minutes after a cold start that would cause the smoke? It doesn't seem like it's the injectors again, as it's totally smoke free once fully warmed up and idling.

I have used VCDS this morning and have the following results for the injectors:

Cheers.
