Have you checked the EGR valve is closed? Those injector figures are all over the place, if it wasn’t such a lot of work I would suggest moving them to noted positions to see if the figures moved with them.

    Thanks for the reply,

I haven't checked that the EGR valve is closed not sure how I would do that, I did however try blocking the system entirely but still the same level of smoke.

Do you mean changing the injectors around? that's my plan tomorrow

Been a while since I've been on, Haven't touched the car in a while ended up buying a C30 to run about in.

Update a few weeks ago I set about checking the compression and change the glow plugs while I was at it.

Everything went fine except the last one which of course snapped, up until then all psi figures were about the same so don't believe there's an issue there, Just need to attempt to drill the snapped one out then use an easy out. Hopefully it works.

I have noticed whenever I move the car there's a clear diesel drip somewhere.

Also I have been informed that on both cylinder heads one of the monkeys(my family) managed to drop copper washers down the heads and didn't tell me, So looks like I'll need to take the heads off to get them out.
