I have a slight problem with my car and was wondering if anyone could point me in the best direction for investigation.

When the engine is on on from cold in neutral you can feel vibrations from the engine through the gear stick. Vibrations in gear stick are always there even when engine is hot. Car drives fine until the engine gets warm and the bay itself heats up. If I drive 30+ mins and then come to a stop in traffic as I pull away in first the car judders. Once moving it’s fine in all other gears no issues. If I give it lots of revs and then engage the clutch it’s fine. If I also lift the clutch off, allow the car to move under load and then press the accelerator it’s fine.

    No clutch slip at all.

If I stop for 30-45 mins after a long journey and the drive again it’s ok until the engine bay gets hot again.

    Possible engine mount?

Where are they and can they be checked with vcds as it appears they have electric connections from online pictures!

    Thanks T
