Fuses

Hello all , I have just acquired a mk5 golf plus 😁. Could someone ie with the knowledge or better yet the vehicle please send a pic of both the engine bay fuse box and the internal fuse box , as I believe that I have some missing or they weren’t there in the first place 😝

You can tell if a vacant slot should have a fuse as there are two terminals in the location instead of one or none, take another fuse out to familiarise yourself. There is no definitive diagram, the fuses have to be painstakingly worked out using the wiring diagram.

Thank you , but I’m familiar with how fuses work and how the sit in their corresponding terminals but I haven’t owned a golf in a very long time , let alone a golf plus

Well at least in a Plus you can see them head on instead of injuring your neck trying to see the ones in a Golf 5

For sure , having recently acquired a whole load of fuses from various mk5s , I 100% know what you mean �� Howeve , there is a part of me that would love to be able to sit in the footwell, at eye level and do what needs to be done ��
