    Hello
Problem with dpf every week clogged dpf auto in safe mode,
dpf disassembled soaked in cleaning chemistry then rinsing with a pressure washer, a week of peace and renewal used foams for cleaning dpf the same effect a week of calm and clogged again,
a bit of history of the car 2.0tdi BRE engine, the head was changed to a regenerated one, the old one had cracks between the valves and the spark plug, after the change everything was ok for two days and problems with the dpf began,
I did the heads myself, I put everything together according to the book, but to be sure I took the car to the mechanic, they checked the timing again, they set the injectors again, but the problem did not disappear, and now the question is because when I was buying the head gasket, they advised me in the store that it is better to put it thicker than it was that it will be better for the engine etc. The question is whether a thicker gasket can cause problems with t dpf, before replacing the head I had no problems with the dpf. The pressure difference sensor on the dpf was also replaced.
New dpf fitted last week and the same clogged after a week,

Advise me please because I already lack ideas and patience for this car

    Regards Bartosz

Its unlikely to be the head gasket, how many miles has it done? Could be all sorts though sensors egr system is that working correctly? Is the turbo ok? Any fault codes?

So at the moment no fault codes just light on dash. it has done 119000, Egr I was testing it with vcds and it's working, I disconnect as well tube which going out from egr cooler to egr valve start the engine and smoke was going out from pipe so am assuming cooler is not clogged,
DPF pressure sensor was changed and dpf temperature sensor as well,
I'm Thinking about injectors may by them causing that problem??

" I disconnect as well tube which going out from egr cooler to egr valve start the engine and smoke was going out from pipe so am assuming cooler is not clogged, "

But does the EGR valve close completely when
    commanded by the ECU.

If it is stuck partially open, the DPF won't be able to regenerate.

That is technically not possible (with some odd exceptions like I had this week) so which code reader are you using?

EGR yes I have checked it By VCDS and its open and closed completely when tested.
I'm using VCDS version i think it is 21.1 and I have as well VagCanPro. About falut codes It showing DPF sign on dash meaning regeneration is started, before with old dpf it was showing P2002 diesel particulate filter efficiency below threshold

In my experience P2002 means the DPF is blocked and will not forced regen unless you cheat which is dangerous.
