    Hi All,
Asking for a friend who’s MK 6 Golf 2009 head unit seems to be stuck on the welcome screen. Sat Nave has stopped working along with auto folding door mirrors when locking the car.

She has only had the car just over a year everything was working then just stopped any ideas of what to look for to get everything working again?

I have tried a rest but that did not work?

Any help would be warmly welcomed.

    Thanks.

So you have disconnected the battery? If that doesn't work it needs a full fault code scan using A VAG specific system such as VCDS or ODIS
