Owing to water ingress - due to drains for sunroof and the ones in the plenum chamber, being blocked - I require a new module.

    The one as fitted, is

    8W0 907 064 AD

and the Audi UK supplied replacement, is

    AW1 907 064 BH

However, it seems impossible to code this module, which according to Audi UK may be for a number of reasons.

Does anybody know if that is the correct module to replace the original?

I'm concerned I could be inadvertently clogging up my plenum chamber drain holes (lots of trees in the drive). Is there a link to a guide online showing how to check and keep these unclogged?

    Thanks,

    Thanks,
Don't know if there's anything online but the independent VAG garage I used, removed the rear wheels, to clear the sunroof drains and had to remove the covers - nearest the windscreen, under the bonnet - to clear the plenum chamber drains.
5 years of oak leaves, had turned to a claggy mush, blocking it all.

Thanks Crasher. It's been mostly sorted now. Just a coding problem with the panoramic sunroof (neither glass nor blind, will slide back more than halfway and the buttons have to be held, as if there's a roll-back issue) and an error with the parking brake.

I'll have to get them to look at the coding again.
I had to pay three times for a DIS to Audi, in order for the coding to complete. It appears the new module, had a firmware/software update, of release 9, which was then reverted back to release 7, in order to be compatible with the other modules in my car.
Obviously, I want the sunroof to operate correctly, so that is going to have to be sorted.

    Hi Regebe,

Can you share pictures/instructions of what panel needs to come off to check/remove clean drains? Thanks

    I can't I'm afraid, as I didn't do the work personally.
