Most are, few aren't. The ones in cars typically are. You can make your own twisted pairs from normal AWG20-22 multi-core wires, ideally with automotive-graded isolation, but those are expensive. Will the wires be in the cabin, or in the engine bay or around the chassis?

    Hi Amigo

They will be in the cabin as I've fitted electric front seats and would to get the menory switch to work......
I was looking into doing this when I see that the wires to the CANBus where twisted.

Then I'm looking at fitting the 360/topview cameras ......for now lol

    Thanks Swamps

If they are in the cabin, any cable like above would work. I assume they would not be moving with the seat, in which case I can't see a need for special wires. You can twist them with a drill and then space the turns at about 1-2 per inch, they don't need to be any tighter than that. Good luck!

As long as its twisted it will work. You can even use 2 of the cores from a cat 5 twisted pair if need be. How long length do you need?

    Hi

They need to go from under the front driver seat to the CANBus plug in the bottom of the A pillar driver's side foot well.....with out a tape I would say 2 foot.....but no longer than 3.

    Cheers Swamps
