    Hello

Other than an Audi dealer does anyone know where to get the two replacement bolts for the lower control arm, please?

    Pic attached.

I believe they are torque to yield (TTY) stretch bolts and should not be re-used for safety reasons. I have tried my local TPS outlet but they do trade only and won't serve the public. An internet search doesn't come up with anything.

    Many thanks

I've tried another TPS branch, Aberdeen, and they are happy to supply the public.

I thought TPS were independent from the dealership network, ie. cheaper. TPS Aberdeen comes back with the local Audi dealer email address.

As far as I know they are all independent, I will ask my branch manager.

Often they aren't general purpose bolts, some have specific diameter shanks above the thread to locate components.

My local TPS is based at a VW dealers, they only supply trade, however there is also a parts department too for the public.

Thanks for all the replies. The diagram I attached is from the Haynes online manual.

Could I check if anyone has the torque and angle settings for those two bolts, and the nut that secures the front most ball join, please?

Haynes is usually correct but best worth checking.

    Thanks, again
