3 big philips bolts behind the pull handle/window controls and 2 small torx bolts along the bottom. Then pull away, releasing 3 press studs down each side, and lift upwards off lip of door (easiest with the window rolled down). Unplug connectors and cable to door handle as required. Getting to the 3 big bolts is the trick, where you pull the door closed you need to pry out a piece of plastic holding the handle in place. I suggest you google replacing doorlock or window regulator on a B5 and find one that is for the drivers door to see how to do it.
