    Hi,

VCDS is telling me that the IAT is 60 degrees when it’s 12 degrees outside, as well as a rough running , not quite missing but close, and an unstable idle. The book gives some tests for the IAT sensor but WHERE THE @#$IS IT? I can’t find the location, diagrams are pretty vague.

    Can anyone help please?

    Ta

I need access to my work PC but in hospital at the moment so when Mrs Crasher has picked me up I will take a look as it has been a whilst since I did an ABC. To set the idle up is just about impossible with a diagnostic system such as VCDS, what are you using?
