Hi. I've just bought some self-adhesive name logo lettering for a VW Phaeton, advertised as 'genuine VW'. My question is, will the self-adhesive backing be strong enough to withstand a car wash or pressure washer? Or would I need to add some sort of additional stronger adhesive? Thanks.

I installed trunk lip spoiler and quattro lettering to my car with just the self-adhesive, was still holding after 4 years of car washes.
