Basically , got ongoing issues with the golf, constant travel assist, errors, information call not available , front assist not available now and again . Been to dealers , had a few updates on software , still no good .

Spoke to vw customer services , latest i been told is vw not really sure and are working on more software update, but no eta . I am just getting slightly frustrated with all the beeping and errors every time i drive the car . I have read i can end pcp early if over fifty percent has been paid . The question i have is would anyone know if the car is continually playing up i have a case to say the product is faulty and i do not want it and get out the pcp. The car 10 months old .

I would even take a second hand mk 7 in exchange and carry on the pcp with that car .

In my head, the car is faulty i am paying each month and they really can not fix the issues at the present time , so why should i keep the car , just looking for some opinions if i have any rights at all. Thank you

Have a look at the thread entitled rejection advice and in particular my last comment on it... I had to go down the ombudsman route to get mine rejected. lengthy processes but it worked.

Your issue sounds like a fixable issue issue I had... Tell the dealership that they need to replace to the steering wheel loom to fix the issue. Once they did that on mine the beeps and dings went away, unfortunately my car had other issues.

If after that you have issue you still have problems, then you can go down the ombudsman route to reject the car as VW have then already tried 1 fix.

Basically you need to let VW try the fix I mentioned in order to begin rejection via that path, as VW have 1 chance to fix any issues and if issues developer after that 1 fix is supposed to cover all.

Expect resistance from VW though, they're happy to sell you the car but suck at keeping you happy afterwards.
