Thanks for your reply. I was just trying to sort these problems out by Audi as I thought would be better if they can check and do some major service on the car.
but I guess as you said I have to find an indy mechanic who can fix these issues. All the DTC's are gone by themselves but now I have a 900km countdown for adblue.

What’s the adblue message that you have? Did you fill it up?

Yes I filled it up with 10 lit but the warning for adblue stayed on and now its down to 900km before car wont start. very few diesel cars here so adblue not available everywhere. Ordered 10 more litr and will fill it up more to see if warning goes away.

Is this type of engine even sold in your country by the Audi dealership?

Unfortunately no, I should've done more research before buying this Q7 from UK. Lesson learned!

I see now. So the dealer will not be able to help you, better find an independent garage.

Yes, but it won’t help, you need to change the adblu reservoir

I just want to update the ECU before take the plunge for 2k+.

I would't mind spending 4-5k on this car if HMRC would return my 5k I am entitled to.

Just a quick update

Deleted Adblue, EGR/DPF remained installed. Car runs fine as of now.
