im just not sure what is the difference behind the bumper...im guessing the chassi is the same...does the facelift bumpers have a different frame that holds the bumper to the chassi than the 03/04 A3's

as long as you get all the parts it will fit ok you will have to put a bit of pressure on to get the bumper to bolt up you can always get the ridge on the crossmember cut off and this will help it to fit Cheers Nick

Nick, the conversion looks ace, much more modern look, you need a private plate now!

Has anyone got pics of the 04 version where the number plate area has been painted dark Greay and chrome added to the grooves to give a budget open grille look?

I've been considering it on my Maritius Blue 2004 A3 but don't know if it might look tacky???

Hi everyone,I also have a 04 a3 tdi sport pre facelift,I am thinking of doing this conversion myself,I have bought a 2007 full face tdi sport front bumper and a 2005-2009 a3 bonnet,Does anyone know if this is all i need for the conversion and will these parts fit without any probs?

i dont know what the difference is between my 03 and the 04 model. so if some1 can help me out would be a major help.
