Hello,

I have just noticed a strange phenomenon in my A6 C8. I have a dashcam, connected to the 12V cigarette socket. Today I sat for a while in the car with only ignition ON (no engine running). I noticed the dashcam started to switch on and off (like being unplugged all the time) and eventually just switched off. I turned off the headlights - dashcam power is back! Headlights on - no more power in the cam. Same behaviour when I switched off the AC. Of course with the engine running - all is fine.

It looks a little bit like either:

1) Battery is low but the car is giving me no warning, no message (and starts normally)
2) It's some strange Audi's safety system to prevent battery from getting discharged when the engine is off (it prioritises the essentials like MMI, lights, AC etc.)

Can anyone share some wisdom on this? It really freaked me out a bit
