2006 Polo 1.4 BUD engine, JFM transmission, need to replace driveshaft oil seals in gearbox.
Questions: 1)Are both seals the same size,2) Is the gearbox code an O2T, 3) Are the flanges held internally IN the gearbox by circlip on end of driveshaft-where it meets differential.?
    Any help appreciated.

It is a 02T series box. The right seal is 02T 409 189 K and the left is shared with the 02M series and is 02M 301 189 G, these are the new suppression numbers. The flanges are retained by M8 6mm hex head bolts 003 507 327 and these MUST be replaced. Even with new ones take care, we had one snap off in the diff before the torque was reached.
