SQ7 Tdi turbo issue

under the the 1st big turbo in front and also end of egr cooler pipe...it is going to inlet metal piece in front also. it is quite logic when you put out turbo...and also when you delete egr cooler you need to delet also one thottle vavle...car had no power if you dont floor it....that what my ecu software guy said...

hi when your software guy disabled the throttle valve did he tell you to disconnect the plug from the valve too?

Hi, I had a similar issue and posted in a neighbouring forum here. Can't understand how my bhp is higher than stock but can't get 0-60 nearly as quick as stock. There is a suggestion on there already, but I think it's been mentioned here. Just wondering if there has been any success since the last posts??

Hello guys. I had the same problem. Clean sensor G691 and his connecting tube with brake cleaner and everything will be ok. The sensor is located at the left of the active turbo on a tube going down and under the turbo.

You don't happen to have a diagram/photo of the location and the sensor do you? Looks a tight squeeze in the SQ7 engine, is it easy to access. Did a search for the sensor and it didn't bring up much. There were some articles about replacing the throttle sensor on the pedal though.
