    Where and what is the bango bolt and the pipe it’s linked to please? How much was the bill to replace the bango and bolt please?

    Hi did anyone get any further with this?

    Could I ask how much is was for you to have the banjo replaced or checked?

    Mine has now thrown a couple of fault codes finally but my local specialist are still unsure where to start?

    Just come across this thread. I’m having a issue with a drop in power consistently at 1.3k revs
    I have a few videos and and can hear a noise from the engine Bay Area.
    What is the banjo you guys talking about?
    Also what fault codes come up?
    As I’m not getting any. Interesting as it sounds too I only experienced this since the sq7 come back from audi for having both inlet manifolds replaced. So far they have given me the run around

    Hy! My 2018 sq7 does exactly the same symptomes. Could anyone of you manage to solve the problem? After reading this thread I tried to replace the mechanical bypass valve, which is in the tube that comes from the second turbocharger. The big one that goes towards the intercoolers. The idea was that if the mechanical valve in it is damaged, the pressure which is made by the first turbo charger can go towards the second turbo charger, and finally into the air filter housing which would have explained the noise. No joy, of course.
    Many of you asked The others about this bonjour Bolt thing I’m also interested in it if anyone can explain it.

    Hi, a read about your issue, so I created account at this forum so I can help all of you here, I had same issue 2017 sq 4.0 TDI, no body could not find problem, eaven official Audi servis Kovacic here in Croatia, so there was no other option than solve it by my self, you have problem with egr valve, even if it is ok by obd diagnostic trust me, it's not. I figure it out because it lost boost pressure so suddenly and pressure can't go nowhere but through egr, so I decide to map my ECU and disable egr, even then I had popping sound, nex step was to block it with small metal plate, after that no issue any more... If you need any further help ask me, I can send pics where and how to block it.. at the end for me it is better to block it then install new one, engine was very dirty from inside manifold, lot of suit, so I need to clean it up completely

    No, bypass valve is is for big turbo rpm preparation and big turbo pressure release
