2011 Passat CC GT - Water gathering inside rear section where bulbs are changed – 08-07-2021,03:59 PM

I have a 2011 Passat CC GT, recently discovered water in the spare wheel well and also on the passenger side section behind the rear taillight. (where the bulbs are changed)

Any ideas on the cause or the solution?
