Hi, good evening everyone just got our golf gt 2.0 tdi back together after rocker arm failure 😞 resulted in 1 new intake valve all new head bolts & gasket etc, the vehicle is smoking on idle & smells very strong of fuel injector's values I think they look okay but I might be wrong? Iíve set the torsion value 0.0 fuel consumption 0.6 Iíll attach a picture of them below, vehicle still as a DPF, believe the egr is faulty due to it not being able to do an adaption values are over 459mg/## but I have to fault codes for it any help would be much appreciated thanks

I can’t see those values but BMN injectors are notorious trouble, I can tell a BMN from a hundred feet away by the stench.
A petition has been started to allow the use of synthetic fuels when they become available, this may allow the continued sale of ICE vehicles post 2030 and the use of classic vehicles well into the futureÖ Their use may even be able to rival electric vehicles given the chance. Please sign this petition IF you feel the infernal combustion has a future if sustainable fuels are made available
