Extended warranty - multiple years?

I've seen posts on here which said it was possible to extend the warranty for multiple years (at a discount), but I seem to have gotten an email directing me to the online portal which allows you to purchase only a single year. Has this changed recently?

Answering my own question. Seems Allianz used to run the official audi extended warranty scheme, but no longer do. Not sure who runs it now but there is only the 12 month option.
