I have just run a diagnostic on my A4 and it has thrown up so many faults , my main issue at the moment is getting the windows and soft top roof to work . Could anyone kindly point me in the right direction to proceed TIA Franky the logs are attached I hope :-)

Has this been standing and is it wet/mouldy inside? You have no comms with the J526 roof control unit behind the right rear side trim so check fuse 30 in the dash side fuse board and if it is good, that there is power to the control unit on the large red/lilac wire

Also check your wiring looms at the bellows between the door and the body. These multipule faults could be due to the wires being broken. Had a similar issue with my A4. Repaired the loom , cleared the codes and this removed the majority of the other faults. As for yor roof , by fixing the other codes it will help you target the root cause.
