Audi UTR - GPS Car Finder

Hi all,
I have the UTR fitted to my car and only recently noticed that the app has ‘Car Finder’ option.
But when I click on the button I do not get the live/current car location or the front/rear camera view as well?

If I am sitting in the car with ignition ON and phone connected to UTR then the ‘Car finder’ will show me location and pictures from both cameras. But obviously this is useless function if you have to connect to car to use this!! 😀

Please advice if I need to change/update any settings to get this to work?

It’s a gimmick, it doesn’t have a sim inside it in order to connect wirelessly to a remote server…

In the v1 version, all this feature does is, in the unlikely event you have your phone wifi connected to utr rather than the car, when you turn the engine off if saves your GPS and a picture from each camera to the app.
If someone takes your car for a trip the gps... are not updated.. in short useless
