The engine is 2.0 TDI BKP 2007
When the car is not running for more than 12 hours, it has white smoke first few seconds.
Now is more than 15 degrees, In the cold weather is worse - the smoke is more and the engine works unevenly in the first seconds.

The injectors were changed with 03G130073S in 2015th and they are on 70к км mileage.
My car mechanic suggest I change "Diesel Injector Seal Kit VW Audi A3 A4 SEAT Skoda VW 2.0 TDI 03G198051D"
Elring Diesel Injector Seal Kit VW Audi A3 A4 SEAT Skoda VW 2.0 TDI 03G198051D 4041248474563 | eBay
He said some of the injectors not opening on time, and with its seal repair kit, the injectors will be regulated.
The injectors values with VCDS is (the car is warm):

If somebody had the same problem, please give me advice on what I need to do.

White smoke is common on start up and should be fine as long as it goes away once the car is warm as it will be condensation in the exhaust and occasionally a tiny amount of water content in the fuel. Significant white smoke and / or moisture inside the tailpipe after the car has run for a good while (and is hot therefore) could spell a bigger problem.

Those idle stabilisation figures for the injectors are very good. One question does the first one 0.00mg/str move at all? Anything between +0.50 and -0.50 is very good, between +1.00 and -1.00 is ok but outside +1.00 and -1.00 is not. Static readings of 0.00 or 2.99 could mean the injector is bad. Very slow movement of these figures also points to an issue as they should change very frequently (seconds or milliseconds).

Also look at the groups above as one of them, 15?, gives the fuelling readings 0.3l/km or under desirable. The valve timing can be changed to assist the ECU to fuel better by very fine movements of the cam sprockets by loosening the adjuster bolts, making very small adjustments, retightening and rechecking using VCDS. The ECU controls the injector fuelling however. The exhaust sprocket can be finely tuned to give slightly better fuel economy, or adjusted for better power, slightly less fuel economy depending on your preference. It is an art adjusting these and they have a relationship so should be adjusted together with no sizeable changes. It takes hours not minutes to get the sweet spot, so detailed research and understanding of what adjustments can be made to the valve timing should be done. You can get a no start if the adjustment puts the timing out of range.

Would be helpful to you if you could get an idea of which fluid is causing the smoke. Oil, diesel, coolant with the latter two being most likely for white smoke.

At a guess that's unburnt diesel and reasons could be a few however I'd suspect glow plugs and their Chambers primarily. So the theory goes that the glow plugs are working but not as well they should and their chambers are carboned up.
