Service after covid lockdown

I've just had a call from Audi suggesting I should book my car in for a service, this is normal but due to lockdown my last service was on a 18m interval rather than a 12m so it's only been 6 months since the last full service. When I pointed this out they suggested it was to "get the car back on the regular schedule??"
Can any one think of a good reason to have an early service (only done 400 miles in that 6m) to "get back on a regular schedule " except of cause in increase Audi profits now they are open again?

I think the main reason is to increase the profit. Just got back from my Audi dealer. Few people in the sales department and few cars in the service hall. They also tried to convince me to service my car 3 months earlier. Covid-19 took its toll on them. They had to reduce already 25% of their staff. During the lockdown, people drove little and bought fewer cars. It will take a while for everything to return to normal and many car services do not even fight for an additional profit, but often simply struggle to survive.
