    Looking for help with a 2012 Passat EPB issue. fitted new discs, pads, callipers but now getting yellow wearing on dash and the offside is showing no power to the motor.
    Nearside is work good but not offside. handbrake switch is flashing along with the dash light showing yellow.
    Can anybody give me some help with this

    Did you use VCDS to release the brake? There is a very specific set of instructions including scanning for a fault before beginning. The warning lights are probably linked to the lack of power at the brake. Best to get a scan and see if there are any faults, print, reset and test again. I know there have been issues with some EPB systems if the piston is wound back manually it can damage the motor or controller.
