A6 C7 Ambient Background Lighting Retrofit

Hi,

I've been researching on retrofitting the genuine ambient lighting kit which I would like controlled via the MMI. I have already activated this via the VCDS with footwell lights.

A lot of threads I have found are either wired via instrument lights or bought from China/AliExpress which I don't

I am sourcing the following genuine parts

4 x door strip lights
4 x door storage lights
2 x centre console strip lights

Advice if I maybe missing anything else?

As this is not a straight forward plug and play. Can someone please assist me with routing the wiring to the correct source. I understand the centre console strips should be bridged to driver or passenger footwell light (correct me if I'm wrong) and I'm unsure of best way to get doors powered.

I also have 4 x door handle lamps which I believe fit to standard handles by removing the blanking trim. Can someone provide details on wiring these up correctly please. I have VCDS to activate these where necessary.
