Radio Station Logo

So not the end of the world but aother glitch that needs sorting.

When I start the car the display only has a radio symbol but no radio station logo.

If you select the radio part of the screen it takes you to the station list that has the logos visible in the list.

Return to the home screen and you now have a small size station logo.

Repeat the process and you get the full size logo.

Has anyone else seen this and what/how did you get it fixed?

Seem too minor to mbook the car in but it is an irritant nevertheless.

It's just one of many glitches with the entertainment software. One day they will fix them all but I'm not aware of it being fixed in any version yet. Don't waste your time with a trip to the dealers yet.

The logo size appears to be a different version of the radio screen, available if (I think) you swipe left or right. When I play one of my radio favourites, it stays on the favourites screen for a short while then switches to the screen for the specific station. There are different versions of the station screen with more or less text information about what's playing. Try swiping left/right as you might do on a phone or tablet or tapping a blank part of the screen.

The interface is slow when you first start the car. Eventually you will probably see the radio station logo. The longer the car has been unused the longer the whole infotainment boot up takes. Expect to wait serveral minutes for the systems to function as you hope they will.
