    Hi all

I have a bit of a situation with my VW Passat 2008 TDI Highline. I had the clutch pedal and cylinder replaced and now there is an exclamation mark next to my cruise control symbol and it has stopped working. The mechanic is addament that its nothing to do with the work he has done as what he did, had nothing to do with cruise control.

I have a parking brake error as well, from before, as the rear calliper's position needs to be calibrated correctly BUT cruise control still worked fine while this error was present.

I've been told to simply check if the fuse is gone first before diving any deeper into the problem but I have checked the fuse box on the drivers side and no fuse relates to the cruise control, apparently there's a fuse box that's suppose to be in the passenger side but when i opened the cover, no fuse box was present.

Does anyone know where I can find the cruise control fuse? I want to check that it is ok or if it needs replacing.

    any help is highly appreciated.

    Thank you in advance

On my old Octavia there was 2 different clutch switches for cruise and non cruise cars, could this be the same issue on the b6? Was this changed.

    Is the clutch switch connected?

Do your brake lights work, has the brake switch been disrupted?

There is no fuse, you need a code read to see what is wrong.
