    Hi all,

I have uploaded this video to describe what sounds like air leak or something when I fully lock to the right, not sure if this is normal - Video

As you can see when I take it off fully locked then the noise goes away.

    Thanks all,

    Ji

When you hold it on full lock you are putting huge strain the the electro hydraulic power steering pump, all hydraulic power steering systems sound like this on full lock. These pumps however are very prone to failure or the fluid may be low but the reservoir is under the battery and a pain to get at plus you can easily get dirt from the inner wing into the fluid which is a very bad thing!

Oh right, first car so wasn't sure if this is normal! Cheers Crasher. Hopefully it doesn't fail as I want to get rid of the car soon and don't want to put any money in to it
