    Hello guys, have issues with dpf pressure sensor and turbo.
    009300 - Diesel Particle Filter; Differential Pressure Sensor
    P2454 - 001 - Short to GND - Intermittent
    I GET THIS CODE RANDOMLY AND every time IM KICK GAS, TRIED DRIVE SENSIBLE BUT HIT EVERY POTHOLE IN THE ROAD, BUT CODE NOT COME BACK. AFTER FEW FAULT CODE COUNTS I GET
    008194 - Particulate Trap Bank 1
    P2002 - 001 - Efficiency Below Threshold - MIL ON
    AND LATER
    013128 - Control Circuit for Controller for Turbocharger 1 (J724)
    P3348 - 009 - Electrical Malfunction - Intermittent ,
    CHECKED TURBO DUTY CYCLE AND ITS GOOD (REQUESTED 20.5% ACTUAL 20.9%)(REQUESTED 80.9% ACTUAL 80.9%)

    IGNITION ON, ENGINE OFF
    DIFFERENT PRESSURE 0mBar
    DIFFERENT PRESSURE OFFSET 0mBar
    OIL ASH VOLUME 0.28
    CARBON MASS (CALC) 13.0
    CARBON MASS (ACTUAL) 12.5
    MILEAGE SINCE LAST REGEN 1030KM

    ENGINE ON, IDLE
    DIFFERENT PRESSURE -14mBar
    DIFFERENT PRESSURE OFFSET 0mBar
    OIL ASH VOLUME 0.28
    CARBON MASS (CALC) 13.0
    CARBON MASS (ACTUAL) 0
    MILEAGE SINCE LAST REGEN 1030KM

    BOUGHT NEW SENSOR, BUT COULD NOT FIND RIGHT INFO HOW TO ADAPT NEW SENSOR. IF I GO CODING II BALOON WITH CODES IS ONLY FOR FORCE REGEN AND CRUISE CONTROL ACTIVATION. SENSOR IS 100£ SO BEFORE FIITNG NEED TO BE SURE FOR CORRECT PROCEDURE?
    ALSO WHICH TUBE NEEDS COMPRESSED AIR BLAST THE SMALLER ONE OR BIGGER one?

    The turbo actuator has to be bench set up using specialist calibration equipment, a lot of people get it wrong. If you have VCDS, the sensor adaption should be in the basic settings list but you have to log in first.

    Hi Crusher. Done basic output test and its within limit

    Adaptions are available onlyfor forced regen and cruise control in CODING II.
