Cigarette Lighters not working

Hi folks i have a B8 Avant. My cigarette lighter in the front of the car recently stopped working although the red ring light around the cigarette lighter is still lit. I figured it was the fuse - changed the 20Amp fuse and still no power. The fuse i removed looked fine. I have checked the other 2 cigarette lighters in the back seats and boot - they also don't work.

Does anyone have any suggestions before i take it to an Auto Electrician?

I don't know if this will help you but I have a A5 and when I bought it all of the power outlets did not work.
I found that there is a relay that controls all of these and it was located in the boot behind the right hand side panel.
As A4/A5 share a lot of components and are loosely based on the same platform this may help.
