Hi just wondering if anyone has had any experience with golf mk4 1.9tdi (asz) bad starting in morning but not temperature related as does it in summer and winter. Runs rough for 1st 30seconds and Smokey for they 30seconds. I have tested glow plugs and all working only thing is the plugs are 11volts that are in the car and going by auto data they should be 12volts. Would this coz this problem? Are their any other suggestions. Thanks martin

Pre or post 2003 build? Have you done a fault code read and used live data to check the coolant temperature sender is telling the truth?
