    Hi all,

I have a mk6 golf gti that seems to be running on 3 cylinders. Scanned it with a mate and it showed cylinder one misfire. Went home, researched, ordered new coils and plugs and have fitted today thinking that would be all done..... Issue is still there.........not throwing any codes now and when ignition is on, each connector of the harness, on pins 1&2 have 12v.

new plugs look sutted up already.

little bit of spec is that has stage 2 remap, final section of induction kit.

im waiting for my new scanner to turn up tomorrow (Autel AutoLink AL519) to try and see if i can read cylinders etc.

any help on where to look next would be much appreciated,

    cheers

    chuck

As I said elsewhere, we need your cars VIN so we can see the engine build date.

I think I am going to ask the forums owner if there is some way the users VIN or VIN's can be added to each users hidden details and make entering this part of joining, so I can refer to it, not sure if it would work though...
