    Hi,
i'm new to this forum already checked some post about error p0113 and p0238 and tried some solution suggested by members, here is my problem, i got the preheating spin wire blink on dashboard and lose acceleration on my Passat b7 2.0 4motion diesel, CFFB motorisation, when i make a diagnostic using thinkcar i got the two error:

P0113 : Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High
    P0238 : Turbocharger/ supercharger Boot Sensor A Circuit hight

for information i already changed the Air Mass Sensor an got Bosch one reference 0 281 002 956 as i supposed that the Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 is in this part (correct me if i'm wrong) cleared the errors and then make testing, boom the 2 errors still there even if the part Air Mass Sensor is new one, checked the wire everything seem ok i logged the Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 from time to time i got -40 degree C it flash sometime but not constant it varies between the reel value and the minus value.

i mesured the Turbocharger/ supercharger Boot Sensor using multimeter engine on and connector connected to the sensor, on pin 1 i got 12 volt and on the pin 2 i got value which varies between i guess 3 volts to 7.30 volt according to acceleration is that normal ?

cannot mesure the value on the Air Mass Sensor as the pins are difficult to get when connected.

Do i have to change the Turbocharger/ supercharger Boot Sensor which reference is 7.00868.02.0 it has 3 hoses connected

    below are the diagnostic report

    IMG_0386.jpg
Also the video recording of sensor when driving to check the intake temperature sensor which flash -40 degree c sometimes

Any suggestion what can cause this problem and how to resolve it?

    Thank You in advance

Check wiring harness. Could be a short circuit causing the reading

I'm i supposed to check this connector i still have doubt if the IAT (Intake Air Temperature sensor) is integrated with the Mass Air Flow Unit!

Air temp sensor is built into the Map/charge pressure sensor, the pictured item is the Mass Air Flow sensor. A brief look online suggests 03G906051E is the part number, double check with supplier before buying.

Visually inspect the loom for rub through or signs of damage to the wires. It could be the sensor itself and not a wiring fault but ideally I would eliminate the wiring as a potential cause before buying.

Those pictures are of a vacuum valve.

The map sensor is on the large air pipe after the intercooler and before the throttle body. It measures the air temperature and air pressure in this intake pipe

Its between the engine and the radiators. About where the oil dipstick is but lower down. Best accessed from underneath the car.
Follow the large air pipe down from the throttle body (which is the silver part, to the right of the oil dipstick in the picture)

The loom is best viewed from underneath as well. Once you find the sensor follow the wiring back visually especially where it touches other parts metal in particular.
