Did you check fo leaks and make sure that all the clamps are on tight if that fails then one will have to say you have a crap map or your waste gate may be faulty but VAGCOM it if you can to see if you have any codes.

Checked all pipes they fine........ ive come to conclusion the remapped chip is just a generic super chip all it has doen is increase fuel etc. to prove this hardly any difference in psi increase between stock chip and upgraded chip the only difference i have noticed is fuel economy. for example £10.00 of petrol got me 40 miles!!!! it was never that bad untill i upgraded chip. so im going to save and get the PROPER remap done professonally which is what i should of sone in first place. iim gett n75j valve soon so that should help.Im going to miss that extra power the superchip gave but its just caused to many problems and fuel was poo!!!!!!!! i had the simlar problem on last car nissan when super chip on the car it picked up better and fuel mpg went dowwwwwwwnnnnnnnnnn .
