    Unhappy Bora sport 130 MPG – 13-11-2007,11:25 PM
    Hi all recently discovered this site after having problem with my Golf DL, which no mechanic could sort, but luckily someone had same prob. on here and I was sorted.

    I have just bought a Bora Sport 130, its done 150K. I am not getting alot of MPG out of it, I was under the impression that these cars where fantastic on fuel along with other things. Love the car but only getting about 60/70miles to a tenner roughly in Urban, and thats by driving like an old man. My 95 Golf D. gives me around 90/100 miles to a tenner, urban. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hello and Welcome to the forum!!

    Drop a post into the Bora/Golf section where one of our members will be able to help you out..

    Could just be due to the EGR been chocked up with the miles.
