Hello all, just acquired a 1991 audi 80 from a friend who is going traveling for a year.. I have an existing stereo MP3 player that I wish to install into my car to replace the nackered factory fitted one with a tape deck. linked here.. http://www.caraudio4less.net/kenwood...cket-468-p.asp

I took this stereo straight out of my peugeot 306 (no laughing please) where it works.

However it isn't just as simple as un-plugging the existing harness for the wires and plugging in the new stereo, although it all fits together nicely, no power at all. If someone can provide me with ideally a photo or wiring diagram (i have a multi-meter) explaining the voltage output of each, or the function of each wire and how to convert the standard harness to the audi configuration., this would be much appreciated. and would save me a lot of time.

    Cheers all!
    Best regards..
