    Hi guys,

As per title, any directions where I could look at to see why it is not working?
    Boot lid operates normal.
Both pins are parked at the bottom of rails.
I checked fuses in the boot, all seem ok, not entirely sure what fuse this would be under?
Motor beside the bumper appears ok, but I can check it better perhaps
Does it have any sensors anywhere?
I could not locate any official documentation on how this useless feature works, but I'd like to get it fixed - could they not just make it simple like older estates were... (sorry for the rant)

    Thanks in advance

Have you scanned the car? I had this on a 2012 and it had lost the basic settings.

It isn't fused individually, the central convenience system operates it so you need to scan that to see what it is unhappy about.

Thanks guys, I'll check the Central Convenience unit and see. I think I may have seen some errors on pano roof not functioning, but previous owner has gutted it out and sealed the glass permanently. I'll check once again.

    Hi All,

Following suggestions, I checked the convenience unit and it only has 1 fault: no communications with sliding roof controller. Would you know where this controller is located? I think previous owner simply disconnected it or, perhaps, pulled the fuse.
I took out the overhead light assembly, but can only see roof motor there.

    Many thanks!
