Couple Issues (cruise and stalling)

Hello,

Well this A4 is new to me, but has a couple issues that do not seem too complicated but cant really think of whats going on to fix it.

Problem 1

When i am at highway speeds and i set the cruise control, it will be perfectly fine for a while, but after a little bit of time it seems that the cruise cant find the speed and it will spool and vaccuum the turbo off and on and will bounce up and down on the speeds (not fast but consistently over time Like it will go up to 82 in a couple seconds then the turbo will vaccuum and it will go back down to 80 which is my set speed)

Problem 2

this might also be related to 1 but my speed gauge is bouncing everywhere. When i accelerate hard it decreases in speed until i let off the gas a little and then all of the sudden it will shoot up to the speed at which im actually moving. Sometimes it will bounce from one speed to the other like it will go from 70 to 75 but there is no engine movement and really i have no difference in speed, but the gauge will be bouncing.

Problem 3

When i switch between gears (auto) like from going forward to go reverse, the rpms will drop significantly and sometimes stall. I havent tested this when it was warm so therefore it only happens when the car is cold or warming up.

Changed oil and tranny oil
new tires
New Maf
