    I have a Vw Passat 2011 b7 estate bluemotion se. I have a fault code 1134 and states alarm horn fault. I would like to know were is the alarm siren located on my car please.

    There are two horns on the car and they are located just behind each end of the front crash bar

    Thank you for your reply. I was informed from another forum the alarm siren was inside right wing under plastic linner. I will check behind crash bar thank you. Paul

    I have the same issue. How do you know which sounder to replace? Do all B7s have 2 sounders? Going in circles trying to find the correct part! Thanks

    As said above, it is located in a metal box (need to drill out 2 rivets) above your head as you stick it inside the drivers side (UK) front wheel arch (you need to remove the plastic arch liner first).

    I've ordered a used unit from ebay (with warranty) for £30.
