Does anyone have a recommendation for a steering wheel lock to use with a flat bottomed wheel. I've just been reading the BBC/What Car report that it only took 10 seconds to break in to an Audi TT so I fancy an extra visual deterrent!

The small version of the disklok fits fine. Make sure its a new one as they’re welded wider to accommodate the wheel buttons etc wiring.

Also, or instead, make sure you keep your keys in a shielded container when you're in the house. That will stop the remote access to the key fob.

Thanks - I'm attracted to the visual deterrent that will hopefully stop anyone trying in the first place and maybe more on to easier targets. If someone wants the car then they'll not stop at either but hopefully this just makes them less likely.

I use the stoplock professional. Easy on, easy off, and as long as your flat bottom is straight, then no problems.
    It cost about £45.
With regards to the shielded container, cars can be started via OBD as well, so that won’t help.
