Annoying rattle from dashboard

Update on this. Noise went away by its self for a couple of months but has come back. Removed passenger vent, checked everything and refitted. Cable tied the fuse holder in passenger side fuse location as found that rattles and makes similar noise. Now solid and doesn’t move. Removed, checked and refitted centre dash speaker grill. None of these have solved it.

Bloody annoying. Still don’t know what’s causing it
