    Hi, I understand that this is quite a common problem, and it is the rubber bush at the base of the steering column. But does anyone know how to cure it, its doing my head in!! Many thanks.

    Did you get any joy with this - I am going mad!! - I assume its a case of having the bush changed.

    Been there myself, it's just a dry joint, try some wd40 on the joint, you should lose the squeek after a bit
