Quick update..... decided that a complete refurb Turbo + Actuator assembly was not much more money than the actuator alone, no need to calibrate it then plus i get a new turbo not a 100,000 mile one which may have excess buildup on the VNT mechanism....

Installed, went to test drive and...... no boost until like 2200rpm when it builds quickly and then pulls like a train...

Limp mode entered with different fault code with flashing coil light.

000565 - Boost Pressure P0235 - 001 - Regulation range not reached - MIL ON

Have checked all hoses / vacuum lines & removed and checked the boost pressure sensor under the left hand headlight.... looked ok

Any suggestions or anyone experienced this before?
