Swooshing sound audible in car on acceleration.

Split intercooler, we see this a lot.

I think I found the culprit... see picture. There is a tear where my finger is there.
That’s the intake hose at front of engine on passenger side.
There is some oil there which as a result of the rip.

I might as well do an intake clean as well

I found the split. It is on the intake intercooler hose on the passenger side. Do you know thee part number? I get 4F0145737K.

See now I get what you was trying to say.... From the looks of it you was on about the intercooler pipe that leads to the throttle control flap?
