    Talking TT 225 Power Loss – 30-10-2007,03:56 PM
    Hi all, went to get a my Longitudinal G Force sensor sorted @ Midland Vee Dub Centre and was told my 225 was under powered. Without further diagnosis I wasn't able to pinpoint the problem. As a starter for 10 what is the most common cause for loss of power on a TT 225?

    I've spoken to a few mates who reckon 1st port of call is the turbo.
    They reckon that the turbo blades or bearings could be worn, or simply the piping may have a hole in it. Can this check be done at home or is it recomended to take it to those in the know?


    Also where is the turbo positioned on the engine as I can't get underneath to examine?
