I want to retro fit either of these units to a 1996 A4 (which should solve the problem of no power to my diagnostic port)

Everything seems clear except that there are pnly speaker outlets for the front on the unit

how do i get the unit to feed the rear speakers

Photos of what connectors you have coming out of the dash might be useful.

Are you sure your old retro fitted radio didn't have a converter cable on it, which you'd have to remove before fitting the Concert back in the dash?

will look but from memory there is a convertor for the power supply/illumination etc (but no connection to the diagnostic cable) as i have seen this

re the speakers etc I will look but i think they just spliced the connector for the sony stereo onto the audi loom and removed the connector

will a chorus unit power 4 speakers ??

(Apparently these need putting on internet BEFORE posting. Not sure my VBScript newsgroup or my ProE newsgroup would appreciate that, so I'll PM you them.
